Primary Responsibilities - Oversee the daily operations of a successful Veterinary Practice
- Eliminate roadblocks and manage escalated client situations
- Monitor KPIs, goals, and objectives, leading and developing the team as you work together to achieve success
- Participate in hiring, training, and developing a positive, collaborative practice team.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including, but not limited to, payroll, scheduling, inventory management, cost analysis, etc.
Qualifications - Veterinary experience (required)
- Experience managing teams of 10 or more employees in a client/customer focused setting (required)
- Previous management experience - OR - certified practice manager (preferred)
- A growth mindset with regard to your professional skills is a must!
- The sincerely held belief that relationships are the #1 driver of success - especially with your team!
- The ability to work autonomously, training staff and implementing initiatives independently.
- A strong background in coaching/mentoring employees with a positive leadership style.
Hours & Availability This is a full time salaried opening! Your availability should align with our hours of operation as follows:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
This position requires a commitment of 45-50 hours per week, ensuring that we provide the best care to our patients while maintaining a productive and collaborative work environment.
Compensation & Benefits Our amazing team members can expect competitive pay! The starting range for this position is $65k per year, dependent upon education and/or experience.
