Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience with High and Ultra High Net Worth clients. Preferred Skills Strong network with excellent relationship management and business development skills. Proven success in specific client segments or verticals. Ability to profile clients and create tailored strategies. Skill in coordinating a team of specialists. Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts effectively. A strategic advisor mindset with problem-solving passion. Independent decision‑making and business ownership mentality. CFA or CFP designation preferred.
