In-Home Sales Representative – Windows & Doors
Earn $120,000–$180,000+ Annually

Our successful consultants typically earn $120,000–$180,000+ annually. The consultant we are replacing earned approximately $170,000 per year during each of his final two years before retirement.

Actual earnings vary based on performance, closing ability, and sales volume.

Company Vehicle Opportunity

New consultants receive mileage reimbursement while training.

Proven performers may be eligible for a company-provided showroom van stocked with product samples and displays. Fuel, insurance, maintenance, and vehicle expenses are covered by the company.

• Two days off every week
• Appointments scheduled at 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 4:00 PM

What We're Looking For

Sales Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recent direct-to-consumer (B2C) closing experience
• Experience with same-day or short sales cycle transactions preferred
• Home improvement experience is helpful but not required

Proven Performance

We're looking for professionals who can demonstrate a history of success through sales achievements, awards, rankings, or documented performance.

Closing Ability
