Sewing Machine Operator - Surger

Fort Mill, South Carolina

Schumacher & Co., America's leading name for manufacturing and distributing fabric, wall covering, floorcovering and furnishings is seeking an enthusiastic Surger. This person will be responsible for assisting with surging memos in the distribution center.

About The Position

• 1st shift, 6:00a - 2:30p
• Guaranteed 40 hours with potential for overtime
• $17/hour
• Potential Sign-On Bonus
• Full-time
• Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K available at 90 days of Employment
• Paid Time off
• Paid Holidays
• Experienced in industrial sewing (preferably with close control expertise)
• Experienced examining products to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards
• Ability to sew cleanly and neatly
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to measure accurately in inches down to 1/32"
• Able to work well with a team
• Willing to perform other jobs.
• Able to access the facility in Fort Mill, South Carolina
