This is a senior revenue partnership seat — not a corporate recruiting role. We are looking for an operator who can originate, close, and execute independently while building long-term client relationships within the hospitality ecosystem. What We’re Looking For Verifiable trailing production of $500K+ annually Majority self-generated revenue Repeat client relationships Strong retained search capability preferred Comfortable operating full desk (sales + delivery) Low client concentration Competitive, autonomous mindset Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred. Compensation & Structure This is a performance-aligned senior revenue seat. Proven $500K–$1M producers within our platform typically earn between $225K–$400K+ annually , depending on production mix, retained volume, and self-generated revenue. Structure includes: Tiered base aligned to verified trailing production Aggressive commission on self-generated revenue Higher splits on personally originated retained engagements Lower splits on company-sourced accounts Uncapped upside Compensation is customized based on verified billings and demonstrated portability.
