Dhaka Technologies Limited Company | Contract Onsite Compliance Officer Tallahassee, United States | Posted on 06/13/2026 Dhaka Technologies Limited isseeking a Compliance Officer to support complaint review, constituentcommunication, case documentation, and compliance-related administrativeactivities for one of its clients. The selected candidate will beresponsible for reviewing complaints, communicating with complainants,analyzing issues against applicable Florida statutes, documenting caseactivity, and closing cases according to established procedures. This rolerequires strong communication skills, customer service experience, attention todetail, organizational ability, and the ability to work in a professionalpublic-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Contact constituents and complainants to discuss thedetails of filed complaints. Review complaints and compare the issues againstapplicable Florida statutes. Analyze complaint details to determine appropriatenext steps based on jurisdiction and established procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally with thepublic by phone, email, and written correspondence. Advise complainants regarding jurisdictionaldeterminations, case closure decisions, and the reason for closure. Provide appropriate resources or referrals whenapplicable. Prepare written correspondence to complainants forsupervisor review and approval. Close cases by entering appropriate codes,activities, statuses, and documentation in the required case managementsystem. Document case actions, updates, and supportinginformation in the designated document management system. Maintain accurate, organized, and timely caserecords. Follow established timelines, procedures, andsupervisor guidance. Perform related compliance and administrative dutiesas assigned. Requirements Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience reading and interpretingFlorida state statutes. Minimum 3 years of experience working with the publicin a professional work environment. Minimum 1 year of experience working with the publicand analyzing complaints. Ability to speak, read, write, and understandEnglish. Excellent written and verbal communication skills,especially when interacting with the public. Exceptional organizational skills and attention todetail. Ability to communicate professionally, tactfully, andaccurately with constituents and complainants. Ability to follow procedures, meet project timelines,and document work accurately. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Versa. Experience using OnBase or a similar documentmanagement system. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is adetail-oriented compliance professional with strong communication skills andexperience working directly with the public.
