Key responsibilities Review case documentation and develop investigative strategies based on client instructions Conduct research using various databases and make up to 75 outbound calls daily to gather information Write detailed reports documenting findings and support field investigators with case coordination Required qualifications Hold or qualify for a valid Private Investigator's License in New Jersey Possess an associate's degree or higher Demonstrate experience in a fast-paced investigative environment Understand basic medical terminology or have exposure to the healthcare industry Exhibit professionalism and persistence in communication with third parties
