What You’ll Do
Commercial Operations: Operate professional-grade equipment, including zero-turn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
Precision Work: Execute turf maintenance, pruning, and debris removal with a high attention to detail.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a crew to complete daily routes efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
Safety & Care: Follow all safety protocols and maintenance instructions to ensure equipment longevity and a safe workspace.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Prior experience with commercial lawn equipment is required, but a strong work ethic is a must.
Reliability: You are "on time" every time. Our team and our clients depend on your consistency.
Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate clearly with crew leads and teammates.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift/move heavy equipment as needed.
Team Player: Someone who gets along well with others and contributes to a healthy, respectful team culture.
