Director of Restaurant Operations-Chicago Based Restaurant Group

A respected Chicago restaurant group is hiring a Director of Operations to lead a growing portfolio of upscale and casual dining concepts. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who knows how to run great restaurants, build strong teams, and protect the guest experience as the business scales.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple locations with total sales volume of $15M+.
• Set and hold the standard for service, consistency, and hospitality across every concept.
• Hire, coach, and retain strong management teams.
• Drive profitability, labor efficiency, and operational performance.
• Partner with leadership on growth, openings, and long-term strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years as a Director of Operations at a restaurant brand.
• Hands-on experience running both upscale and casual dining environments.
• Proven ability to manage multi-unit P&L and high-volume operations.
• Strong leadership presence, financial command, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  

Pay & Perks

• Salary up to $130,000.
