Customer Support Specialist II

What Will You Do?

• Coordinate information flow, orders, and shipments to meet shipping goals of International Distributors.
• Process shipments for international customers in accordance with export regulations.
• Provide Export Documentation based on U.S. Export rules and regulations.
• Support and interact with internal customers such as; sales and marketing, inventory analysts, distribution centers, credit, and traffic to facilitate order requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of Toro product.
• Maintain best in class responsiveness to correspondence with internal and external customers.
• Identify and communicate any issues which would delay or impede prompt shipment of orders. May troubleshoot issues of routine complexity.
• Document and update departmental procedures as needed.
• Support and provide suggestions to periodic projects and activities such as LEAN process improvements.
• Complete ongoing learning and education to ensure competence with growing and changing needs of the corporation.
• All other tasks and projects as assigned.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-4 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate.
• Proficient written communication skills to effectively communicate.
• Ability to organize, assemble, and arrange resources to meet goals.
• Skilled data entry and system navigation skills.
• Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations, remaining focused on the ultimate objective.
• Strong interpersonal skills to support interaction and development of relationships with a wide-range of internal and external customers.
• Capacity to work independently as well as within a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including strong keyboarding skills.
• Experience with order related systems; SAP and Salesforce product knowledge and configurations desired.
• 0 to 10% travel (domestic and international).

• Competitive Salary The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $59,000 - $73,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
