JOB SUMMARY

At HCW Hospitality, our people are our greatest asset. As the Corporate HR Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our properties and fostering a positive work environment. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an HR Specialist, you’ll provide essential support for our HR operations. In this role, you will:

  • Assist HCW properties with recruitment and onboarding processes including I-9 and E-Verify compliance and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain the company database of employee records and files as required by government regulations and HCW policies and procedures. 
  • Provide all HCW properties with HRIS system support.
  • Process all internal associate transactions & processes (transfer, termination, employment verifications, etc.) 
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Condense and expedite paperwork, improve record keeping. 

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Must have the ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc. from disparate sources and consider, adjust, or modify to meet the constraints of the particular need.
