Job Description
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the property industry, focusing on retail, finish-out, and light industrial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends in Fort Worth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Representative should have:
  • A proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the property industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage clients and close deals.
  • Familiarity with retail, finish-out, or light industrial projects is an advantage.
  • The ability to conduct market research and identify new opportunities in Fort Worth.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage sales activities and client relationships.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
