Job Description - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the property industry, focusing on retail, finish-out, and light industrial projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends in Fort Worth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.

The Successful Applicant A successful Business Development Representative should have:
- A proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the property industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage clients and close deals.
- Familiarity with retail, finish-out, or light industrial projects is an advantage.
- The ability to conduct market research and identify new opportunities in Fort Worth.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage sales activities and client relationships.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
