Caregiver Position Available

Sign-On Bonus $100 after your first 30 hours within 30 days (requires completed shifts, good standing, and excellent attendance). What You'll Do:

• Deliver hands-on support: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility & strength: Help with range-of-motion exercises, walking, and physician-directed therapy routines.
• Monitor health: Check vital signs, track fluid/food intake, and report changes promptly.
• Provide medication cues: Remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.
• Support daily life: Prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and offer specialized, friendly companionship for clients navigating dementia.
• Advocate for safety: Follow all infection-control and fall-prevention protocols, keeping accurate EMR notes via our easy-to-use app.

Requirements:

• Specialized Experience: Previous experience caring for clients with dementia/Alzheimer's.
• Documentation: Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.
• Credentials: Active CNA license for CNAs (state-specific) or PCA Test Results for PCAs.
• Certifications: Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Health Clearances: Recent negative TB test result (or willingness to obtain).
• Physical/Logistics: Reliable transportation and the ability to lift/transfer clients safely.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer/app skills for daily charting and communication.
• Personal Attributes: Empathy, professionalism, and a strict commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy.
