In this role, you will guide service delivery, support team development, and help ensure programs are ethical, effective, and aligned with best practices. • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for behavioral programming across assigned services or locations.
• Supervise, coach, and support clinical team members to promote professional growth and service excellence.
• Review assessments, treatment plans, and progress data to ensure goals are appropriate, measurable, and individualized.
• Monitor clinical quality, fidelity, and outcomes, and recommend improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, caregivers, and stakeholders to support coordinated care.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical guidelines, organizational standards, and applicable regulations.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance development for clinicians and support staff.
• Assist with case consultation, complex clinical problem-solving, and escalation of concerns when needed.
• Contribute to operational planning, program development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation related to clinical decisions, supervision, and service delivery.

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Clinical leadership or supervisory experience in a behavioral health, autism services, or related setting.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles, treatment planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience mentoring clinicians and supporting performance development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to clinical quality and detail.
• Familiarity with ethical standards, compliance requirements, and documentation best practices.
• Commitment to respectful, inclusive, and individualized care.

• Experience leading clinical teams or overseeing multiple service lines.
• Background in program development, quality improvement, or operational leadership.
• Experience working with individuals across a range of ages and support needs.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, staff training, and systems improvement.
