This position is not remote, you need to come to the office in Waltham MA.

Administrative Assistance and Client Communication

• Strong Internet / Ability to answer the main phone line and triage non-technical inquiries.
• Verify caller identity and provide accurate contact information for technical support.

Mailing and Logistics

• Keep a current inventory of mailing supplies including envelopes, labels, and stamps. This will align with our marketing calendar.
• Export campaign labels for printing using Microsoft Word.
• Ability to print letters and prepare them for mailing, including envelope stuffing and applying postage.
• Coordinate with management to track packages sent to specific clients when needed.

• CRM and Campaign Management
• Maintain and update accurate client Contact and Company records for communication purposes.
• Set up and manage e-mail broadcasts for software training and cybersecurity alerts, ensuring link functionality and list accuracy.
• Ensure proper audience targeting, sender setup, subject-line, and time in the email broadcaster.
• Add or remove contacts from campaign lists based on CRM filters and saved searches.
• Export campaign list spreadsheets in specific template formats compatible with third-party services.
• Verify caller identity and provide accurate contact information for technical support.
• Inside Sales
• Keep track of the cost of key hardware and software utilized for clients.
• Create line-item proposals for software and hardware purchases.
• • Send to clients and consistently follow up with them.
• Enter and keep track of orders that have been approved.
• • Enter accurate cost information for each item.
• Track shipments that come into the office and work with the engineering team to keep them updated utilizing Monday.com
• • Organize and manage the Inventory Room.
  • Print orders and attach them to respective shipments.
• Keep track of hardware inventory including network switches, wireless access points, network cables, etc.
